Short-form policies for DataST infrastructure services. Effective 30 August 2026.

Terms and Conditions

DataServers Technology OÜ, registry code 17515033, supplies the services described in the accepted order. Customers must provide accurate account and verification information, protect their credentials, pay invoices when due and use services lawfully. Services are intended primarily for business customers; any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected where they apply.

Website prices are recurring monthly estimates in EUR and exclude VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable VAT, one-time setup charges, optional services and the final payable total must be shown before payment. An order is accepted only after final stock, price, verification and payment checks are completed.

Ready-stock deployment is estimated within 2–8 hours after cleared payment, verification and final stock confirmation. This is an estimate, not an unconditional guarantee. Custom builds, bulk deployments, security reviews, supplier changes and events outside our reasonable control may require additional time.

Month-to-month services renew for successive monthly periods until cancelled under the notice shown in the order. Charges already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved for service failure. Customers remain responsible for backups and lawful use of their systems.

We may suspend a service for non-payment, security risk, unlawful activity or material breach. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. Estonian law governs the agreement, subject to mandatory consumer protections, and disputes are submitted to the competent Estonian courts unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Service Level Agreement

Any availability commitment applies only when it is expressly included in the customer’s accepted order. The applicable measurement method, service-credit schedule and exclusions will be stated in that order or service schedule.

Scheduled maintenance, customer systems or configuration, upstream or third-party failures, attacks beyond the purchased protection level, emergency security work and force-majeure events are excluded to the extent permitted by the applicable service schedule.

To request a service credit, open a support ticket with the affected service, incident times and supporting evidence within seven days. Approved credits are applied to the affected service and are not cash refunds unless required by law.

Acceptable Use Policy

Services must not be used for unlawful content, malware, credential theft, phishing, unsolicited bulk messaging, unauthorized access, denial-of-service activity, child sexual abuse material, copyright infringement or conduct that harms other users, systems or networks.

Customers are responsible for their users, software, security updates, data and abuse contacts. We may investigate credible reports, preserve evidence, apply proportionate restrictions and suspend activity that creates an immediate legal, security or operational risk.

Where lawful and practical, we will notify the customer and allow reasonable corrective action. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination, and legally valid requests may be referred to competent authorities.

Digital Services Act Policy

Our designated electronic point of contact for authorities, customers and recipients of services is legal@datast.online. Communications may be submitted in English. A notice concerning allegedly illegal content should identify the exact URL or IP address, explain the legal basis, include supporting evidence and provide the notifier’s contact details and good-faith statement.

We assess sufficiently precise notices objectively and proportionately, keep appropriate records, may forward relevant details to the responsible customer and provide a statement of reasons where required. Affected parties may challenge a decision by replying with relevant evidence.

We cooperate with legally valid orders from competent authorities and publish any transparency information required for our service category and size under applicable law.

Copyright and DMCA Policy

Copyright owners or authorized representatives may send a notice to legal@datast.online. Identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing material and its exact location, and include contact details, a good-faith statement, a statement of authority and a physical or electronic signature.

We may forward complete notices to the responsible customer and remove or restrict material when legally required. Customers may submit a valid counter-notice with identification, the removed material, a good-faith statement, jurisdictional consent where applicable and a signature.

Privacy Policy

Data may be shared with payment providers, infrastructure suppliers, professional advisers, communications providers and public authorities where necessary and lawful. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we use an applicable adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another lawful safeguard.
